项目是零秒恒通中心四期项目，顾名思义，前面还有三期。位置正好与三期项目相连接，同时零秒恒通中心本身就有很好的品牌效应和客户资源，所以理所应当的延续现有的资源与运营方式，所以项目的定位为零秒恒通中心的模块化的优化与升级。所以延续三期中具有识别性的空间元素：01合理利用层高的夹层、02公共空间中的层次、03视觉转换中的景观及空间节点、04“盒子”空间。

本项目利用看似简单的装饰水泥，其实对材质与工艺要求极高，力争体现出精致的工业感的一面。也是未来众多活动开展的场所，所以装饰上也结合了未来需要的声音与灯光灯装置，在回声控制与画面方面形成一定的品质。

作为园区办公楼持续更新项目， 本项目的设计初衷还是可持续性，将可以利用的元素继续加以利用，但整体改造空间还是会以焕然一新的面貌出现。概念上是将长长的走道分为若干份，将原来大小和位置均不相同的门统一到一个建筑语汇之下。

B28的改造需要利用原来电梯厅的空间，将走道与之衔接融合，所以天花运用了统一的格栅形式，将其延伸，并增加了灯光的层次。

1号楼是凤凰城的最后一栋综合楼项目，目前已经完成8层的土建施工，设计在现有结构框架和体量基础上，协调周边环境进行了重新设计。包含内部的功能及流线优化，以及立面的设计。

因为凤凰城以中式风格为立面主要风格，所以在设计之中，以灰砖墙面以及局部的玻璃幕墙来形成从传统到现代的过渡。并在细节上增加工艺感。

1# building is the last complex building project in Phoenix City Community. Currently, 8 floors of civil construction have been completed, and the design has been redesigned in accordance with the surrounding environment based on the existing structural framework and volume. This includes the optimization of the interior functions and circulation, as well as the design of the facade.

As the whole community takes Chinese style as the main facade style, grey brick wall surface and partial glass curtain wall are used in the design to form the transition from traditional to modern. And add a sense of craftsmanship in the details.

作为乡村振兴的一部分，中国农村地区越来越重视居住环境的改善。正是在这样的背景下，对所属区域的农民住房进行系统化的设计，形成10套既能形成整体，又有面积大小，体量形式的各不相同的居住单体。

每一套都根据当地的文化与特征为概念，以当地的生活形式以及家庭成员不同所需房间也不同的要求进行了个性化设计。整体上也形成错落有致，风景各异的整体村落感。

As part of the rural revitalization, more and more attention has been paid to the improvement of the living environment in rural areas of China. It is in this context that the farmers' houses in the region are systematically designed to form 10 residential monomers that not only form the whole village. but also have different sizes and volume forms.

Each house is designed according to the concept of the local culture and characteristics and is personalized to the local lifestyle and the room requirements of different family members. On the whole, it also forms a sense of the whole village with different landscapes.

海东市平安区1、2号地块概念规划

项目位于河湟地区的海东市，河湟文化有着自己的自然及建筑语汇，我们从中学到了高原河谷的特征与庄廓院的形式。也把这两者的特征运用到了规划与建筑设计之中。

The project is located in Haidong city of the Hehuang region. Hehuang culture has its own natural and architectural vocabulary, from which we learned the characteristics of the highland valley and the form of “Zhuangkuo Courtyard”. The two characteristics are also applied to the planning and architectural design.

地块一主要由党校与青藏商学院组成，与周边的医院和学校形成一个完整的整体。地块二是由市民文化中心以及住宅区组成，地势相对平缓，利用庄廓院的形式所设计的立面，将整个地块形成一个整体。并与周边的建筑协调、融合。

Plot 1 is mainly composed of Communist Party College and Qinghai-Tibet Business School, and forms a complete whole with surrounding hospitals and schools. 向所有的旧式办公楼一样，昏暗的内走道又长又枯燥，所以增加了一个盒子的空间感受，让走道变成几个不同部分的感觉，同时又赋予不同的主题，利用空间与颜色的不同进行区分。形成一个有趣、前卫的新连接空间。在其他办公空间中，秉持着简洁、节省造价等原则，利用旧材料本省的混凝土颜色，把整个空间串成一个整体。

设计的过程本身也是需要设计的，我们每一个项目都有适合项目本身特征的设计过程。有的需要做模型，有的需要大量的调研，有的则是需要每个空间都有自己从体量到方案的设计过程。这个项目就是适合用笔来描述思考过程的，所以每一个空间，都用手绘的形式，把大脑中想象出出来的空间画出来。

对环境的尊重 / Respect for the environment

办公平面通常是利用内走道或者一侧走道的方式，但当外部环境非常好的时候，如果只利用传统的做法， 恐怕是对环境的不尊重。所以本次方案的平面是把功能布局在中间的位置，通过“透明”的墙解决采光问题。

The office floor plan usually USES the inner corridor or the side corridor, but when the external environment is very good, if you only use the traditional way, I'm afraid it will be disrespectful to the environment. Therefore, the plan of this project is to place the function space in the middle position, through the "transparent" wall to solve the problem of daylighting.

同时利用“高台”建筑的特点，一方面是对传统建筑文化的尊重，另一方面也是将屋顶空间作为欣赏和利用周边环境的最好空间。

三角形构成 / Triangle formation

利用最简单的三角形形体布置平面与立面形式，并且在屋顶同样利用三角形的形式形成视觉的震撼效果。让人形成最简单的记忆，但同时也象征性的表达了当地的自然地理以及历史人文。

中小企業用オフィス、シェアオフィスさらにカフェ、コンビニやサービス機能を併設した複合施設。周囲のオフィスにとってもセンターとなっている。トップライトから光が降り注ぐ大空間にはボックスを少しずらして重ねたような構成のオフィス空間が広がり、多様な場所が生まれている。ガラスで仕切られているけれど、様々な角度で視線が行き交う自由な雰囲気のオフィス空間。働く人たちの活発な議論を生みそうな予感のするオフィスである。

评委的评价

中小企业用的办公室，具有共享办公室以及咖啡店、便利店等服务功能的综合设施。对于周围的办公室来说也是中心。在从阳光照射进来的大空间里，稍微错开箱子重叠构成的办公室空间变大，产生了多样的场所。虽然是用玻璃隔墙隔开的，但是以各种各样的角度视线来往的自由气氛的办公室空间。虽然这是一间办公室，预感会引发工作人员的活跃讨论。

Evaluation

This complex is equipped with offices for small and medium-sized enterprises, a shared office space, cafe shops, convenience stores, and other services. It also functions as a center providing services to neighboring offices. In this large space filled with sunlight pouring in through the toplighting, the offices are arranged in an offset overlapping box structure, creating a diverse array of spaces. While glass is used for partitioning, the office spaces have an untrammeled ambience, with sightlines intersecting at various angles. One feels that these offices will be conducive to lively discussions between the people working in them.

我们设计的目的就是将西侧的城市公园与城市客厅的平台相融合，形成一个完整的整体，成为文化公园。我们所理解的城市客厅不仅仅是二层平台，同样包括一层展厅部分与五层平台部分，应该共同形成一个立体的公园体系。

The purpose of our design is to integrate the urban park on the west side with “the urban living room” platform to form a complete whole and become a cultural park. Our understanding of “the city living room” is not only the second floor platform, but also includes the exhibition hall part on the first floor and the platform part on the fifth floor, which should form a three-dimensional park system together.

对于水文化的理解，不仅仅是简单的景观水系，而是与我们的主题相结合，在记忆中闪耀。将浅水系置于五层平台之上，让阳光与水波相结合，形成波光粼粼的阳光洒在每个人的身上，让人无时无刻不在水文化的感染之中。同时在几个下沉广场，也布置各种各种的景观水景，让人们有多重水的感受。

The understanding of water culture is not only the simple landscape water system, but also the combination with our theme, shining in the memory. 传统文化中，我们利用戏服和彩带的舒展感，将连接一层与二层的坡道形成有机的空间，既在流线上连接了上下层，又在坡道上设置更多的关于董永、吕剧的故事，我们称之为博兴之径（境）。

In traditional culture, we make use of the stretch of costumes and ribbons to form an organic space on the ramps connecting the first floor and the second floor, which not only connects the upper and lower floors on the streamlines, but also sets more stories about Dong Yong and Lu Ju on the ramps, which we call the Path of Bo Xing.

新的学校建筑虽然越来越新颖，但实际上还是以对称、简洁和轻盈的形象表达教育的重要性与前瞻性。

传统的就餐体验就是取餐、就餐、还餐具，巨大的餐厅就餐体量里充满了饭菜味，除了吃饭的时候几乎没人想去。保持就餐空间内一定的人数与环境，新风能及时交换空气就需要合理分区，食堂也需要有餐厅的设计手法，例如利用就餐环境的景观化，来达到最舒适的就餐环境。相信空间模式改变之后，食堂的功能性和使用率会更高，会成为师生学习、交流、社交活动的新场所。

所以在平面上将后厨放在内部，后厨的后勤流线通过特别通道和夜晚时间进行货物运输，将所有好的景观视野全部给就餐区。 同时将就餐空间分区化，每一组就餐空间保持200-300人，形成良好的就餐环境减少噪音污染。但让就餐区靠近四周，这就需要结构的轻型化，让视野更开阔，所以结构先形成屋顶桁架，解放原有柱独立承重的压力，尽量让柱更细间距更大。同时局部采用挑空的空间模式，让空间有更多的趣味性，同时也可以进行不同的活动。

So put the kitchen in the interior on the plane, the logistics of the kitchen through a special passage and night time to transport goods, all good views of the landscape to the dining area.At the same time, the dining space will be partitioned, each group of dining space to maintain 200-300 people, a good dining environment to reduce noise pollution.However, the dining area is close to the surrounding area, which requires the lightness of the structure and makes the field of vision wider. Therefore, the structure first forms the roof truss, liberates the pressure of the original columns to bear the load independently, and tries to make the columns finer and larger.At the same time, the empty space mode is adopted locally to make the space more interesting and different activities can be carried out at the same time.

三个有趣的盒子 / 三つ面白いボックス / Three interesting boxes

三个简单的混凝土盒子构成整个建筑，但利用局部的空间变化，形成丰富的内部空间和有趣的光线。利用坡地的地形，做成半地下室的停车空间。三个盒子既是一个整体，同时也是不同家庭成员的独立空间，平面上通过共享的阳台空间形成空间上的连接。

Three simple concrete boxes form the entire building, but take advantage of part spatial variations to form rich interior spaces and interesting sunlight. A semi-basement parking space is made of the sloping terrain.The three boxes are both a whole and a separate space for different family members, connected by a shared balcony space on the plan.

湖北工业大学线上演讲

因为新冠疫情的关系，武汉封城，湖北工业大学学生无法返回学校所在地武汉，所以学校老师打破传统的教学手段，利用线上模式进行教学。为了丰富教学内容，向凯先生也被邀请作为宣讲人，给同学们介绍建筑的改造工作。在将近2个小时的演讲中，与同学和老师们进行了良好的沟通与交流。

Due to the coVID-19 outbreak, Wuhan was lock down and students of Hubei University of Technology could not return to wuhan, so the teachers broke the traditional teaching methods and used the online mode for teaching. In order to enrich the teaching content, Mr. Xiang Kai was also invited as a lecturer to introduce the renovation work of the building to the students. During the nearly 2-hour speech, Mr. Xiang had a good communication with my students and teachers.

很多时候在低造价的要求下，为了更多的改变原始空间的状态，最简单的办法就是通过建筑空间或者墙面的变化本身来让整个空间变得有趣，让原本枯燥的空间变得丰富。这样才能真的创造空间，吸引使用者在这里体验，从而形成有创造力的空间。空间边界的控制与改变就是最廉价最有价值的创新形式。

整个项目即包含一部分展示，也有共享办公，普通的办公空间、会议空间和大型的集会空间，应该是一个办公综合体的项目。虽然造价有限，但我们也与业主一起尝试怎么在低造价的情况下，让每个空间都有自己独特的特点。

吸引使用者选择这里，软件方面当然是管理者需要提供的，硬件方面除了设备，最能吸引人的就是建筑的趣味性。靠装饰（网红平面装饰）可能有一阵子新鲜的阶段，但是作为长期回收的办公空间，只能利用空间的变化形成长期有效的吸引力。

走道是整个空间中最枯燥和难做的空间,让走道形成空间上的主题变化,类似于街道、胡同一样，每一户看上去一样，但在小小的走道上又有丰富的变化.从传统的走道抽离，把它当成街道的模式，像逛街的心情一样，路过街边的店铺和街角的广场，让整个走道变的有趣，后期软装上搭配植物等元素，让整个空间变的生动有趣起来。

改造项目里，每个空间都是有同样价值，才可能构成一个项目的成功.每个房间的实际租金=面积租金+附加值租金（视野、便捷等）

Just like the mood of shopping, the shops along the street and the square on the corner will make the whole walkway more interesting. In the later stage, decoration will be equipped with plants and other elements to make the whole space more vivid and interesting.

In the renovation project, every space has the same value, which may constitute the success of a project. Actual rent per room = area rent + value-added rent (view, convenience, etc.)

废墟变为理想居所 / 廃墟が理想の住居に変わった

“城市人口的增加”,“城市的老龄化”,“产业进军海外”,“能源效率化”,这些所有的问题，剩下工业地区在不久的将来成为化为废墟。而使用“利用现有工厂结构”,“空间的文化复兴”,“有效率的能源循环”,“将来的环境技术开发的变动性的对应”对工业地区再被使用。通过这些建筑操作，将来那里将成为人们理想的居住空间，而不是废墟。

「都市の人口増加」、「都市のスプロール化」、「産業の海外進出」、「エネルギー効率化」，これら全ての問題が残っている工業地区は近い将来使われなくなり廃墟と化す，「既存工場構造の活用」、「空間の文化的復興」、「効率的なエネルギー循環」、「将来的な環境技術開発の変動性への対応」使われなくなっていく工業地区に対し。これらの建築的操作を行うことで将来そこは廃墟ではなく、人々にとって良い居住空間となる

未来的方式 / 将来の住宅

现在的阶段建筑物的接入只考虑与地上的交通的连接，不过，将来通过设置屋顶庭园，建筑物的中层和屋顶也能接入。由于人口增加和海面上升等新的居住系统被使用，传统的建筑空间、生活方式被新的建筑形势中保留下来。

現在の段階では建物のアクセスは地上の交通機関のみとの接続を考慮しているが、将来的には屋上庭園を設けることで建物の中層や屋上からもアクセスが可能となる。人口増加や海面上昇などにより新しい住居システムが組まれるが、伝統的な建築的空間、ライフスタイルは建物の中へと組み込まれ残っていく

随着设计方案及结构施工图纸的提交，现场结构拆除及钢结构搭建已经紧锣密鼓的展开。随着工期的要求，日前钢结构及屋顶开窗已经基本完工，预期室内装饰及各专业将如期进场。
