我们设计的目的就是将西侧的城市公园与城市客厅的平台相融合，形成一个完整的整体，成为文化公园。我们所理解的城市客厅不仅仅是二层平台，同样包括一层展厅部分与五层平台部分，应该共同形成一个立体的公园体系。
The purpose of our design is to integrate the urban park on the west side with “the urban living room” platform to form a complete whole and become a cultural park. Our understanding of “the city living room” is not only the second floor platform, but also includes the exhibition hall part on the first floor and the platform part on the fifth floor, which should form a three-dimensional park system together.
对于水文化的理解，不仅仅是简单的景观水系，而是与我们的主题相结合，在记忆中闪耀。将浅水系置于五层平台之上，让阳光与水波相结合，形成波光粼粼的阳光洒在每个人的身上，让人无时无刻不在水文化的感染之中。同时在几个下沉广场，也布置各种各种的景观水景，让人们有多重水的感受。
The understanding of water culture is not only the simple landscape water system, but also the combination with our theme, shining in the memory. The shallow water system is placed on the platform of the five floors, so that sunlight and water waves can be combined to form a sparkling sunlight that shines on everyone, making people infected by water culture all the time.At the same time, a variety of landscape and water features are arranged in several sunken squares to give people a sense of multiple waters.
传统文化中，我们利用戏服和彩带的舒展感，将连接一层与二层的坡道形成有机的空间，既在流线上连接了上下层，又在坡道上设置更多的关于董永、吕剧的故事，我们称之为博兴之径（境）。
In traditional culture, we make use of the stretch of costumes and ribbons to form an organic space on the ramps connecting the first floor and the second floor, which not only connects the upper and lower floors on the streamlines, but also sets more stories about Dong Yong and Lu Ju on the ramps, which we call the Path of Bo Xing.
