项目位于河湟地区的海东市，河湟文化有着自己的自然及建筑语汇，我们从中学到了高原河谷的特征与庄廓院的形式。也把这两者的特征运用到了规划与建筑设计之中。

The project is located in Haidong city of the Hehuang region. Hehuang culture has its own natural and architectural vocabulary, from which we learned the characteristics of the highland valley and the form of “Zhuangkuo Courtyard”. The two characteristics are also applied to the planning and architectural design.

地块一主要由党校与青藏商学院组成，与周边的医院和学校形成一个完整的整体。地块二是由市民文化中心以及住宅区组成，地势相对平缓，利用庄廓院的形式所设计的立面，将整个地块形成一个整体。并与周边的建筑协调、融合。

Plot 1 is mainly composed of Communist Party College and Qinghai-Tibet Business School, and forms a complete whole with surrounding hospitals and schools. Plot 2 is composed of civic cultural center and residential area. The terrain is relatively flat. The facade designed in the form of “Zhuangkuo courtyard” forms the whole plot into a whole. And with the surrounding buildings coordination, integration.
