立面形式上利用原有的门窗洞口，材料利用其它旧厂房拆下来的旧砖，但从视觉上是完全一个崭新的建筑。在形式与材料上遵从可持续性的设计，以最低廉的造价，建造一个意想不到的科技园区。
The facade uses the original door and window openings, and the materials are made from old bricks taken down from other old factories, but visually it is a completely new building. Following a sustainable design in form and materials, an unexpected Hi-Tech park can be built at the lowest cost.
