因为此次工期要求紧，工程造价也有相应的要求，所以采用了双层外表皮的方式，既满足施工等各方面的要求，也能在视觉上利用红色表达消防的含义

Because this time period requirement is tight, project cost also has corresponding requirement, so adopted the way of double layer outer skin, satisfy the requirement of all respects such as construction not only, also can use red to express the meaning of fire fighting on the vision.
