项目是零秒恒通中心四期项目，顾名思义，前面还有三期。位置正好与三期项目相连接，同时零秒恒通中心本身就有很好的品牌效应和客户资源，所以理所应当的延续现有的资源与运营方式，所以项目的定位为零秒恒通中心的模块化的优化与升级。所以延续三期中具有识别性的空间元素：01合理利用层高的夹层、02公共空间中的层次、03视觉转换中的景观及空间节点、04“盒子”空间。
